At last, nowadays, the number of killing pet is increasing. So to prevent from it, it should be banned.

In my opinion, in Japanese latest business, pet business is so big. If buying and selling pets are banned, it would cause many problems. However, abandoned and killed pets must not be allowed. Therefore, I think that their consensus that people can’t buy and sell without licenses is very nice idea.
